After a week off Kenny, Joseph and I reconvened in the Sells Studio to drop another solid show chock full of future music. We drop brand new releases from DJ Vadim, Ras G, Martyn, Sole and Vaiperis & Serumas in a healthy dispatch of dub, psychedelia, hip-hop and electronic beats. It’s good to be back (together)!

Last week Kenny, Joseph and I were out and about so we gave the Sells studio keys to our friend Papa Juice (aka Micah Soltz). Fortunate for us, he brought the Bunny Wrangler (aka Sara DaSilva) and Spelljammer (aka Milosh) who were both visiting CBus from the SF Bay. Spelljammer started things off with a worldly psychedelic mix that blended electronic music, hip hop, funk and rock with artists like Tweak Bird, Bullion, Danava, and DJ Frane. Papa Juice takes the next hour into a beat-heavy groove-lock with Murs, Nightmares on Wax, Pest and introduced TBO listeners to Blue Sky Black Death. Finally, Bunny Wrangler slows down the show with a folk influenced set with music from Holly Golightly, Desolation Wilderness and the Moody Blues.

We ‘re pretty thrilled with how this week’s show turned out. Possibly one of the all-time bests. Things start off with a jazz influenced set, ranging from soul to classic hip hop.
