Things We Lost In the Fire

This week’s show is dedicated to the Hopkins’ house on Partington Ridge, my favorite place in the world. Every year, a group of friends (music lovers, including TBO DJs past and present) gathers at this wonderful spot to get recharged and inspired for the summer. Unfortunately, the Basin Complex Fire has taken the home we have cared so much for. Our thoughts go out to everyone impacted by the various wildfires raging right now. This show features reairs of a couple of my favorite sets mixed with audio collages recorded at Big Sur in 2005. In coming weeks we will have a show featuring brand new collages recorded in 2008, being produced by Deaf Dot Electrics.

Last week we had a great show featuring new stuff from Amon Tobin, Subtle, Uncle Sam and much more. Stay subscribed to the podcast for more timely updates!

We will be posting a special 2-hour podcast-only ambient mix in the coming days, so stay tuned!
